Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. Parameters are read from the MP4/MOV headers right in your browser — the file never leaves your computer. That's faster and private: it works even with multi-gigabyte files.
Why can't the tool read my AVI/MPG?
The checker parses MP4 and MOV containers (ISO-BMFF). AVI and MPG are legacy formats with a different structure; although Adobe formally accepts them, re-encode to MP4 (h264) — it's safer for other agencies too.
My video passed all checks but never appeared on the stock. What else?
Give the agency up to 24 hours for intake. If it still hasn't appeared, verify the file was uploaded with a .mp4/.mov extension (FTP clients sometimes mangle names) and that the footage contains no brands or people without releases — those are review-stage rejections, not intake ones.
